I founded Rita Coco Consulting in 1989. I am an accomplished performance consultant and personal marketing coach. My 20 years of work experience in small, medium and large corporations, combined with an M.S in Training and Career Development, is the solid foundation from which I draw my intuitive consulting and coaching advice. I have contributed my creativity, imagination and passion to over one hundred projects, enabling my clients to successfully present to their target market and global audiences. Clients seek my services to receive refreshing and unique "out-of-the-box" design techniques for professional presentations, seminars, workshops and personal marketing programs.

My value has always been to increase my client's return on investment in their training and marketing programs. My philosophy is simple: my clients are passionate about their product and services; I am passionate about educating, marketing, selling and training their customers and employees on these offerings. My uniqueness is uncovering and rediscovering my client's uniqueness. Results? My client's customers and staff see, hear, and more importantly experience a value that only my client has to offer.

I am a member of the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD): Mass and Central Mass Chapter (President and Board of Directors 99-04), International Society for Performance and Instruction (Board of Directors 90): Mass Chapter and several networking associations.
